When producing wire forms, Ken-tron fabricates wire into shapes such as clips, springs, pins, and rings using four-slide and multi-slide machines. Our wire forming operations are capable of producing wire forms with a diameter of up to 0.125 inches.

Ken-tron uses U.S. Baird forming machines, ranging from #00 four-slide to #28 multi-slide models. We manufacture a variety of wire form parts, including reed blades, reed switches, straight cuts, lead pins, S-bends, Z-bends, hairpins, and more.
